Lots of parents get pillows for their babies specifically, and there's really not much to buying one. For the most part, unless your baby has special health issues, the real concern is decoration. You also might think about making sure that there's enough bedding in any crib to keep your baby from bumping into anything hard, either when moving around or moving its arms and legs. This can be anything soft, really - pillows are great, but so are blankets, etc. Here are a few baby pillows to take a look at:

Baby Pillow - Chicken Pattern - Available online here for $24.99. A little pillow with a chicken theme on it. |

Alphabet Baby Crib Pillow - Available online here for $23.99. For those parents eager to have their kids get accepted to Harvard before they leave the crib, here's your best bet. I doubt they'll actually learn the alphabet from it, but it's at least some useful visual stimulation, which a lot of scientists think actually does help. |

Infant Support Baby Pillow - Available online here for $29.99. This is kind of a different take - a pillow you strap your infant into. That way you can let them rest somewhere without worrying about them rolling out. |
